Time limit on computer use

Who will tell you a program to limit the time of using a computer in general or only the Internet / some programs? I want to limit the time for myself (yes, there is not enough willpower), it is desirable that it be as difficult as possible or, better, it is impossible to turn it off without a password (suddenly I will break :).
Thank you.

Have you tried spilling coffee on the keyboard?
It helped me for a week on my laptop.

A couple of years ago, I used Access Boss for general restrictions .
really not for myself.
but in general, try to start just spamming yourself with some kind of alarm clock / reminder.
perhaps this + willpower will be enough.

Auto Stop
Set the time and after this period of time the program automatically turns off the computer. There are 2 options for working - normal and "protected". With a normal program, you can stop it, with a protected one, you can’t. You can also create a configuration file. If this file exists, then all settings are taken from it, if this file does not exist, then data entry occurs at startup.

Not a single program helped me, they just madly annoyed me with a sudden blockage. I recommend not to fight with yourself - this is impossible, but to develop habits.
It helps me to follow the regime and plan for the day. Get up and go to bed at the same time, after getting up, start working, without delay (maximum - exercise, breakfast, shower), and according to the plan of the form:
- project 1 - 2 hours from 9:00 to 11:00
- project 2 - 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
— 2 hour break
It takes a long time to form a habit, but it really works, unlike trying to break yourself.
