Coworking spaces in Moscow with Apple computers?

Hello!
Are there any co-working spaces in Moscow where you can work on Apple computers?
I studied several coworking sites, but everywhere you need to come with your computer.
My friend is a designer, her computer is broken, I want to help her find options where she can work for a couple of weeks.

What you need is not a coworking space (they use their own computers), but a computer club ("playing game").
But I haven’t seen the Apple ones, I doubt you will find them.
PS And what kind of program does she use, which is not available on other operating systems, and therefore a poppy is needed?
