Tickets in modx revo, how to solve the problem? Why is the comment form not working?

Good time dear colleagues! Are there any of you who made comments through Tickets ? I installed the component, connected jquery, put the output code following the documentation [[!TicketComments? &allowGuest=`1`]].
As a result, the form comes out, but the preview button does not work, and when you click send a comment, the page reloads.
How to configure this component correctly? what else needs to be connected?

There is a suggestion that Tickets does not work with jquery 3.x

Check classes/id and js scripts. Open the page in private mode or log out from the admin panel.
