How to make TV appear in a tab in MODX REVO?

In the system settings, you can choose to display TV either below the content, or in the " Additional fields " tab
Is it possible to somehow make the desired TV (or a set of TV by category) not be displayed in the " Additional fields " tab, but instead, on the same level as the Document and Settings tabs ?

You can place a TV below the content field of the resource. To do this, in the system settings, enable "Place TV below the content (tvs_below_content)"
