Ticket sales options, how best?

The task is to sell tickets to the site visitor. But I really want to do it without registration. At the same time, I want to give the user the opportunity later, and even better from another device, to get access to these tickets.
Not everyone has an email to send tickets there. And there is no budget for sending SMS.
So far, it only comes to mind to ask for some code word by which the purchased tickets will be shown. But maybe there is some more elegant solution?

- No. You generate a unique link to the purchased ticket and send SMS with this link. Easier nowhere already, only if the pigeon mail.

SMS costs a penny. This is the shortest way to register a client.
The person paid, his Internet turned off, something else. Will he then look for it? Pull the manager and prove that he paid?

Stinginess is a sin, however :-)
In general, you can offer some analogue of a pin code. In order not to force the user to remember 32-digit numbers or UUIDs, you can issue, say, random 4 words from the dictionary.
I bought a ticket - I received a set of "salt tobacco note sea". You enter them on the right page - you get your ticket.
Brute force is tormented, and user-friendly is enough.
