An interesting topic, are there any special algorithms for analyzing and compiling poems?

You need to look at Markov chains, of course not AI, and you won’t be able to make sense, but at least something without fish :)
The bottom line. For example, you want to imitate Shakespeare.
You process texts and collect statistics in which cases after which word other words came or with what probability this third word comes after 2 given words.
That. having collected such statistics, you (theoretically) using Markov chains can generate "similar" poems (of course, for the great and powerful, you will need to coordinate tenses / cases / numbers, etc.)
