Interested in who sends SMS banks (Privatbank, AlfaBank, VTB, etc...) and payment systems (webmoney, liqpay...).

I can say for alphabank, for example.
SMPP gateways are used directly from the big three (VimpelCom, MTS, Megafon) and also SMPP gateways to universal providers - ifree, A1 Systems and MFM Solutions.
Others probably have something similar.
