Through a proxy Google search engine still blocks the results, how to fix it?

Good afternoon!
As you know, the Google search engine does not show the results of sites blocked by the RKN if a Russian ip is used. For example, if you type in a search engine: "shaft site: nnmclub.to" or "1с site: rutracker.org"? then the search engine will not find anything, but if you change the ip to a foreign one, the results will appear.
Provider "Rostelecom", on one computer Xubuntu, on the other Win8, on both the Firefox browser with the SwitchyOmega plugin. I turn on the proxy, I successfully go to nnmclub.to (the site is unavailable without a proxy), but if I type "shaft site: nnmclub.to" in the Google search engine, then the results are empty. It seems that the proxy does not work, but 2ip gives out that I am accessing a foreign ip.
I thought that it was DPI from Rostelecom blocking, but then nnmclub.to would also be unavailable. I check on a coma with Win8 - the situation is similar. Those. here the problem is not in the computer / browser / plugin.
Maybe Google determines my location (although ip is Italian) and cuts off the results? But these are my guesses.
At work, another provider, windows 7, the SwitchyOmega plugin, as soon as I activate the proxy, the results are immediately displayed on the desired resource. In short, at work, Google's search through a proxy works correctly, but at home there is some kind of snag =( I've
already spent half a day trying to solve the issue, but to no avail. Any ideas in which direction to dig?
Thanks in advance for the tips!

Got it! The problems were in Firefox.
I reinstalled Firefox on Xubuntu, the correct output immediately went. On Windows it's the same.
The most interesting thing is that on Windows, the version of Firefox was installed as standard (in Program files), i.e. it was not a portable version.
