Thin client and server?

Good afternoon! The task is to organize 10 jobs at minimal cost. The choice to buy second-hand thin clients and for their server tasks has fallen. Tasks for clients are small: browser (3-5 tabs, no YouTube), Skype, mail.ru-agent and sometimes office. I liked a couple of client options:
1) CLIENT LEGER ENLIGHT ZB13B001
Mat. Mini-ITX C3VCM6 board with CPU 1GHz
DDR 256
DiskOnModule 512 MB
2) HP T5000
Processor
Via 800 MHz
RAM 128 MB
Storage capacity 128 MB
Will such clients meet the requirements for work? And what kind of server is needed to serve all this?

work with win ser 2008 r2 and 2012 r2 via RDP, there are no special problems, the server has 8 GB, intel xeon x3470, 10 clients on it + more sql to spin. Bruzer, office, there are problems with video and sound, but they are also on more powerful clients. (we don't need video)
Screen resolution up to FullHD, color is 16 bit
Problem of this unit RDP6, for 2012 r2 graphics lag
