I plugged the cord from the power bank into the laptop, after which it passed out and stopped working and charging, what to do

Take it to service. Diagnostics and repair of power circuits requires special knowledge, devices, materials, as well as service documentation, which you obviously do not have.
(If there were, you would not have asked "what to do", but would already have soldered the broken key / controller / fuse)
