Comrades, I installed Java SDK, Android SDK, downloaded Eclipse, downloaded ADT Plugin for it.
I'm trying to create an Android project, but there is simply no such selection option, what didn't I do?

Demolish eclipse and install Android Studio . Eclipse is no longer officially supported.
