There is no image after loading on the laptop screen, what could be the problem?
Hello Lord!!!
In general, we bought a laptop for 53,999 thousand rubles. Yesterday worked perfectly. Today, when starting the laptop, Windows is loading and a black screen. At the same time, when connected via RDP, everything works, there is a desktop, and there is a black rectangle on the screen :). We rebooted, pressed enter, entered the password and pressed Enter (when the screen was not working) and connected via TeamViewer from the phone. Everything works, but the screen does not! At the same time, the UEFI BIOS and the ASUS splash screen work. What could be the problem and how to solve the problem! Urgent help please!!!

I suspect that they accidentally switched to an external monitor as the main one. Look at the F1-F12 keys, there should be a key for working with an external monitor. Press it in combination with Fn. For example on my Dell it's Fn+F1. You most likely have something else.
Is there an image on the matrix in good lighting? It happens that the backlight of the matrix is \u200b\u200bflying and this is not immediately visible under normal lighting, but looking closely you can see that the screen shows, but there is no backlight. In this case, return under warranty.
