There is an unnecessary shortcut in the refind menu. How to remove it?

When installing Linux lubuntu, I made a 4gb swap partition and a 196gb root partition. After installing refind it added 2 shortcuts: lubuntu launcher and a 196gb partition (don't know what for). So the question is: how to remove the shortcut in the rEFInd boot menu.

There are several commented out directives in the refind.conf file. For example:
#dont_scan_volumes "Recovery HD"- do not scan certain sections (we indicate the section names in brackets).

#dont_scan_dirs ESP:/EFI/boot,EFI/Dell,EFI/memtest86
- do not scan certain directories.
#dont_scan_files shim.efi,MokManager.efi- do not scan efi files with certain names.
Uncomment the desired line and enter the desired parameter. I recommend making a backup copy of the refind.conf file!
