Proxmox is not installed on Raid1, where to dig?

The hornbeam itself starts, but with some errors. I choose something in the boot menu, as a result - error symbol grub_file_filters enabled not found. I tried to install from the disk - it spins for a minute, then it just falls off - insert the boot device, or reboot. Secur boot is off, legacy mod is selected. The flash drive and disk work without problems, I checked it on another PC.
Mat. board: Z9PA-D8, BIOS flashed the latest at the moment.
LSI MegaRaid - 2 ssd in raid1 work.
