There is a WI-FI connection, but sites and browsers do not work?
A complete reinstallation of Windows xp sp3 32 bit was made to the same one, with the reinstallation of video card drivers, audio buses, motherboard, etc. Then a WI-FI connection was established to the router. But for some reason, with a stable connection of the WI-FI adapter, neither the Explore browser, nor anything at all via the Internet, still works. Help me decide!

1) Make sure that the problem is not in the router - connect to it from your phone or the same computer via a wire.
2) Make sure that the wi-fi adapter has received all the correct network addresses: the ip-address of the device itself, the gateway, DNSs.
