There is a VPS, how to find out the IPv6 address?

Hello! There is a VPS - how to find out its IPv6 address? I type ifconfig and get this output

eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:16:3c:c1:d8:52
          inet addr:168.235.86.64  Bcast:168.235.86.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
          inet6 addr: 2604:180:3:248::6e5c/64 Scope:Global
          inet6 addr: fe80::216:3cff:fec1:d852/64 Scope:Link
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:1129695 errors:0 dropped:4215 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:32615 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:75688215 (72.1 MiB)  TX bytes:21493448 (20.4 MiB)

But what does this mean - 2604:180:3:248::6e5c/64 Scope:Global? There should be eight four-digit blocks, not six. Explain, please.
