How to install Debian Linux on a new generation Mac Mini?

How to install Debian Linux on a new generation Mac Mini? i5, no drive. As far as I know Apple does not use the BIOS, what should I do? I changed the hard drive to a new clean 1TB (also Hitachi). Replaced 4GB RAM with 8+4=12GB.
