The only thing that comes to mind is to create several virtual ones on one real machine, and stick your own base on each of them so that resources are not wasted in vain.

In general, it's not clear what you need.
Do you want to run the same database 10 times on the server in order to use it 100%?
It doesn't work like that, your database doesn't need that kind of power, and running 10 instances won't do anything if that's what it's all about.
Your database will have enough vpski / shared for 50-100 rubles, and you don’t need to “stick in anything so that the resources do not disappear in vain”.
Or describe what you are trying to do in normal language.

It's not clear what you want. Load the server at 100% so that everything slows down? Run some heavy process in the background, for example, an archiver.
