I join the commentator above, soldering the processor is really a bad idea.
Maybe in this case it would be better to increase the amount of RAM, replace the battery, service the laptop completely (clean the cooling system, change thermal paste, lubricate or replace the cooler, remove all dirt from inside, etc.) and install an SSD. As practice shows, solid state drives show a good performance increase without replacing hardware.

The difference from replacing the processor will be small, most likely you won’t even notice it. Given the price of the processor and replacement - it's pointless.
Put any inexpensive SSD, finish the memory up to 8 gigs, you get a more or less office option.
