There are wires coming from the bp. What could they be for?

Good afternoon, from the PSU (power supply) there are wires in a single bundle with power wires to the video card.
The photo shows 8pin inserted into the video card, 8pin in "free flight" and these two black wires
(2pin), what can they be for?
ps There are no inscriptions, engravings, etc. on the wires.

There is a 6pin connector hanging nearby. These two pins can be clipped onto it and turned into an 8pin.
