the subject is a complete novice in this matter, but this question is very tormenting. I want to make a special font, there are two sources. Perhaps there is a kind person who will help - or give a link to a description of the process.

You can @font-facespecify for a font with numbers unicode-range: U+30-39;, then only numbers will be used from it.
