There are startup ideas. What's next?

Hello.
I am a web designer and programmer. I have some interesting startup ideas. Both web and mobile applications. I will not go into the essence of ideas.
The question is what to do next? Well, I understand the creation of sites, etc., well, I have ideas. How to implement them?
1. Create a project yourself with your programming knowledge or hire a developer? After all, a project needs a designer, layout designer and programmer.
2. At what stage can I already look for an investor?
3. What should I bring to an investor? (business plan, prototype, etc.)
In general, I am interested in the process of creating a team, finding an investor, etc.

Start by reading books. For example, "The Lean Startup".

I would advise you to make an alpha version yourself, if it goes well then contact investors, but this is my IMHO.

Are you just as good a designer as a programmer? Think.
I will advise:
1) Define yourself in one thing, design or programming. After that, find like-minded / freelancers who are strong in other areas (which will be required in writing your project)
2) Start writing a project
3) In general, you can look for an investor at any time, even before the start of the project. But as experience shows, it’s better when there are already some developments (let’s say an alpha version), then it will be easier to draw up a business plan, and it’s easier for an investor to get into the know)

I would start with landing pages to assess demand (+ a set of potential customers through the subscription form).
And then, if there is a demand for such an idea, I sketched a prototype with which I would look for like-minded people / investors
On Habré, by the way, there have been a lot of posts on such topics lately, haven't you looked?

You say that you already have several ideas, and most likely this means that all these ideas are either uninteresting or secondary. But that's not a problem. Investors are generally not interested in your ideas.
Investors are interested in you personally and your team. Your ability to get things done. Ability to present, promote, fight. Willingness to sell an apartment to pay for the server. In short, a twinkle in the eye. They are invested in this.
So just do it, collect a portfolio, create. Just coming up with an idea - the value of this is zero. Raise your price with real deeds, and most likely with real money.

When there is a prototype, do not forget to send an application here www.inmsu.ru/ru
For questions:
1. It depends very much on the situation, the complexity of implementation, etc. But it is impossible to do everything alone, choose something, find a technical partner, or a designer.
2. When there is a prototype, confirmation of the prospects of the idea (for example, subscribers from landing pages waiting for the start), and the situation with the team will become clearer.
3. With the team, first of all, and its composition is important. With data, a clear monetization plan, and best of all with first sales.
If there are first sales, the interest of investors is almost guaranteed, but the market volume should be large if we talk about the venture segment.

It would be interesting for me to simultaneously participate in a project with a designer.
My partner and I have our own project, but it is 99% "techie".
I'll write in private.
