Remote education. Where is better?

Hello. I would like to get an education in the field of IT, but due to work there is no opportunity to study full-time or in absentia, I am looking towards distance education.
At the moment I'm taking all sorts of courses on stepik and openedu, I'm studying python, c ++ on my own and came across this thing from SPbAU RAS and the CS center . Bribes the price and the duration of training is not large. Who is familiar with this online program?
And in general, what would you recommend?
ps just not geekbrains, based on their boring two-hour webinars and reviews on the Internet, I concluded that it’s not even worth wasting time and money.

You have listed only Russian language courses. If you need a diploma, then, indeed, even distance education from a foreign university will cost indecently expensive by our standards.
You won't get far in Russian alone. If a diploma is not important, watch courses on MOOC platforms. You don't have to pay stepic. This is if you want a video lecture. And you don't even need a video.
Think about who you would like to work, and you will be given advice. It is not necessary to learn everything in a row, life is not enough.

The problem of learning is not to find a cool lecture. There are just enough of them. Both open and paid. The problem is to find those who will proofread your code. Not just an automatic check, but proofreading by a real person with experience. With indication of errors and direction of development.
I think this is what you need to pay attention to.
Question: how much time is devoted to individual work with a particular student.

Courses are good, but it's better to learn by doing. Look for a master of his craft who will take you as an apprentice.
