There are many tabs open in different browsers iExplorer, Firefox, Chrome, Yandex. How can a script save all open tabs (addresses) to a separate file?

In different browsers iExplorer, Firefox, Chrome, Yandex - many tabs are open. I want to save all open tabs (addresses) in a separate text file with a script.
This is especially true when the browsers themselves are frozen and do not respond, in History these pages disappear when they are closed.
No settings help (start from the place of closing and the like) What is needed is a script that will write all open addresses to a separate file, you can open it and check it, and then quietly close everything.
Thank you!

As WayMax said , most likely it will not be possible to pull it out of a frozen browser, but until it freezes, there is a solution:
In chrome, I use session buddy , which remembers the tab immediately when it is opened. In firefox, a checkmark in TabMixPlus (but perhaps it activates the native, built-in recovery mechanism).
Tabs are usually under a hundred, The Great Suspender helps to cope with the voracity of chromium .
