There are 2 phones: one on Symbian OS 9.4, the second on WinMobile 6.1 - can they be used as WiFi walkie-talkies

As you know, for Nokia Symbian devices there is a WiFi Talkie application that allows you to use such phones as walkie-talkies. Is it possible and if so, how to turn 2 phones into walkie-talkies, one of which is with Symbian OS 9.4, and the second is WinMobile 6.1? Thanks in advance.
