ThemeForest: are there any nuances and subtleties?

Hello! I am a designer, I draw pretty good layouts, I have joint experience with a layout designer in designing and creating WordPress layouts, but I don’t know exactly how the layout designer does them when it comes to the technical side. After the design, I did the edits and decided how everything would function, nothing more.
I decided to try my hand at selling themes. I studied the trends, what people like, what they buy, but there are several technical and legal issues left:

1. What files, besides the WordPress theme installation .zip, do I need to successfully add a job to ThemeForest? Do you need to demand some more source codes with the code from the performer?
   
2. For normal sales, plugins such as VisualComposer, Revolution Slider and something else are simply necessary, so you have to buy an extended license. In this case, for me, it’s generally a dead end in terms of the relationship between me, who buys these plugins, and the left person who will embed them. What should be the general approach of working with a freelancer so that he builds the necessary plugins and does not steal anything? Regular contract? Or is there nothing to steal, since the license will be in my name? I would like to know from experienced people, since this is the most exciting issue, because licenses are expensive.
   
3. Since I am a designer, that is, I will draw a psd layout myself, and I will order layout and programming. Will ThemeForest moderators require any proof that I own the topic?
   

In general, I would also like in general terms what you need to be prepared for if you want to sell WordPress themes, where you draw the design of the theme yourself, and order the layout.

Look at the set of already laid out works. Pay attention to the description of copyrights. Usually this is a long list of what was used in the demo and work. Libraries, frameworks, photos, fonts and more...

As a tip, before submitting the HTML or Wordpress version, submit a PSD from your account. This way you will be the owner, and you will have the right to remove the HTML or Wordpress versions if there are any conflicts.
