The Windows System Monitor (Performance Monitor) does not run as scheduled. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, in the Windows System Monitor (Performance Monitor) I set the processor load recording to start according to the schedule, set the start date and end date, and the time 1-2 minutes before this time, but something does not automatically start recording the load. I tried both with an open program (Performance Monitor) and with a closed one. What exactly am I doing wrong?

Also faced this problem. I found the solution on another forum, I will quote:
"The problem of scheduled launch in the task scheduler - the scheduled launch of collectors is prescribed along the path" Scheduler Library / Microsoft / Windows / PLA "and there the trigger action is written crookedly in the tasks, you need to go in and register the launch action program
"C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\pla.dll,PlaHost "Counter name" "$(Arg0)"
Run - check that the collector is running."
(author - Stanislav87)
I checked that I added an action in the scheduler in the task (I have a collector group called Monitoring1).
program: %systemroot%\system32\rundll32.exe
argument: %systemroot%\system32\pla.dll,PlaHost "Monitoring1" "$(Arg0)"
