Who calculates - not specified, there is only a date, a form that you can fill out and the specified amount will be "charged", well, ... a hint where you can see your CVV code, and card number.
I don't know anything else, of course, I could just install an antivirus on my phone, but ... I can't do anything, that's the trouble. Please help!

Google it and do a hard reset for your phone model. If you need to save data, you can usually make a backup in the menu there (otherwise, you can use the connection to a PC).
