The WebForms link has disappeared from the Content - Add Content list. What is the problem?

Question on Drupal 7
In the admin menu when clicking Content - Add Content there was an option to select webforms
Did nothing with these settings, but suddenly this link disappeared.
What could it be?

Under Management » Configuration » Content Handling, there are Content Types fields for which Webform is enabled. Check if the option for the material type is enabled

That is, this way I can select certain materials, then when creating which I will have the opportunity to add web forms to them.
But I didn't know this before and just chose Content - Add Content - Webform.
A window for editing "Creating Webform Material" appeared.
Was it wrong? This link then disappeared from the menu Content - Add content.
What does it mean?
