You need to determine how this file changes. If from a client machine, then treat viruses at home.
If on the server, then change the hosting.

Scan the site using Linux Malware Detect or AI-bolit , remove malicious files, clean infections from regular files, update the engine, plugins, themes, change FTP passwords, scan your computer for viruses.
