at least remove the video drivers (if you have two videos, then delete both drivers), then go to the official website of the laptop brand, in the support section, select "Software and driver downloads", in the search enter the laptop model (indicated on the bottom of the laptop, on a sticker, or under the battery or on the box if left), download the video drivers and install. If the problem persists, as an option, you can try downloading the BIOS update there, if the problem persists after that, then with a high probability the video chip is dead. Solved by soldering to a new one.
