The video camera “travels” over a large picture, showing it in parts. How to automatically assemble a picture back from such fragments?

The camcorder smoothly "travels" over a large picture along a tricky route, so that in each frame only a part of the picture is visible, each time different. The parts overlap by 90 percent.
Is there any software to *automatically* assemble the picture back from such fragments? (If you "feed" it a given video fragment or a sequence of images from frames of a given video fragment.)
If you really dream, then to also clean it from compression noise / sharpen it, averaging the same pieces on different frames.
