I write sudo passwd artem
sudo: unable to resolve host (none): Name or service not known
sudo: account validation failure, is your account locked?

So the user has nothing to do with it - your sudo swears. The first mistake in Google - there are a lot of recipes.
Most likely your none is not registered in hosts
