The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. Where is the mistake?

I started setting up rss for a WordPress blog. Feedburner gave the error "The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 251: The element type "INPUT" must be
terminated by the matching end-tag "".
treat error?
feedvalidator says this:
It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn't find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate.

@Mear

I understand correctly that your domain is andreyalexandrov.com and in both cases you indicated it (the root page)?
The problem is that your site does not have a link to the rss feed. For this feedvalidator swears at you that he cannot find it. Those. in the beginning you need to ensure that the link to the rss feed is present on your page.
