The ubuntu bootloader breaks after starting window, why?

Installed ubuntu 20.04 alongside windows 10. Ubuntu on one ssd and windows on another.
If you run ubuntu after installation, then everything works fine. But if you start windows once, then the next time you start the laptop, this is the error

after this error, windows starts up.
I restored the bootloader using a flash drive and the Boot Repair utility and everything repeats, if I run ubuntu all the time, then everything is fine, but if I start windows, then the next time an error will appear instead of the bootloader.

Has anyone experienced this, is there a solution?
