The Trojan has corrupted many files, what should I do?
Turned on the PC, some programs began to give errors and do not start (for example, visual studio). The "Create a copy of the key and certificate..." window appears. I decided to check for viruses (before that, the antivirus was without a key), entered a trial key for a month, started checking, and eventually found a trojan. The antivirus deleted it, but I'm confused by the fact that when scanning, it says that many files cannot be opened or the archive is damaged. As far as I understand, this Trojan confirmed everything on the C:\ drive, is that so? Is it worth reinstalling windows or what to do? Only visual studio 13 does not start yet, the rest of the programs seem to be normal, but why then does it write "the archive is damaged" or "the file could not be opened"?

The "damaged" archive is in the trash, most likely it is the Trojan's libraries. You can ignore.
The rest of the files are either not accessible, or they are blocked by processes hanging in the system.
Run chkdsk c: /f
Then sfc /scannow
Check for updates and antivirus databases.
If it doesn't help, it's easier to reinstall.
It’s easier to reinstall everything, according to experience, spend more time cleaning up the consequences of the Trojan’s work and it’s not a fact that after that it will work fine.
