The title of images, scripts when uploading from the server is not correct. What is the reason?

Worth WP. From the same folder, one file is given as css, one file is given as text/html. The most interesting thing is that it is given as a standard hoster stub. Same with js. I don't see any pattern.
php works as an apache2 module. Prescribed types in htaccess does not help.
What could be the reason?

most likely you have nginx + apache in fact, all the statics go immediately with nginx and they don’t even suspect the existence of apache in the world, not to mention some .htaccess
