The testem command does not work because of what can it be?

Installed testem. But it doesn’t work, there is no message command not found but it doesn’t work either testem -v also doesn’t work it works out but nothing happens Google didn’t find anything because of what could be the problem? Ubuntu OS

Globally set, from under the root, with the -g key? check that it is installed: whereis testem | ls, look in the files there, if they are empty. During installation, did you swear at anything? Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
