The system turns off instead of rebooting, how to fix it?

after installing windows 10, the system turns off instead of rebooting, how to fix it?
After installing again on Windows 7, the problem was not solved. still shutting down instead of rebooting. The laptop does not heat up, there is no dust. Before installing 10, everything worked as it should. After installation this problem started. Please tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

You need to look at the BIOS settings - ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface).
Or better reset them to factory.

Reset all settings to factory settings. My laptop has no BIOS-ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface). Notebook model Asus K50IN, factory firmware is on BIOS 2009. I do not want to update or flash the BIOS again. I think there is another way to solve this problem.

I may be wrong, but try changing the battery (which is responsible for the BIOS clock and storing settings)
