The speed of loading pages of the site depends on the version of debian?

I installed debian 8 on a dedicated server , the site pages loaded in a second. I reinstalled the server already on debian 7 , the page loading speed dropped three times, what is the reason for this?
In the first case I created a directory from the control panel, in the second case I manually configured the hosts, this is the only difference..

@sivabur

Try also to create hotlines from the control panel and measure 10 times at peak times.
The next day on the other version the same number of times and compare on average. Throw away very strong anomalies. And there should be no difference in the size of the amount of data returned not in the server settings.
PS: Or install debian 8 and go for it.
