The speed of 1 LAN port of RT-N66U has collapsed, how to fix the port?

Hello! Then one such small problem appeared ... It all started with the fact that I scanned (NOD32) the RT-N66U router with the subsequent identification of the threat CVE-2014-9583. Cured by installing a fresh version of the firmware from the developer 3.0.0.4.380_7743 (before that there was a native x.x.x.x.374.xxxx). Everything was installed, the errors disappeared, but... I have a system: HD player Asus O!Play HDP-R1 ↔ RT-N66U ↔ PC itself. So, the most terrible brakes on the exchange of information between the PC and the player (wired connection) began, and it feels like you are going to the Internet via 2G or EDGE !!!! Even MoServices loaded for 10 minutes ... I’ll tell you right away the Internet ↔ router ↔ PC without problems, the speed is as per the tariff, but from the player to the computer and the Internet hangs. I tried directly (bypassing the RT-N66U) from the player (thrown the wire) to enter the network, I got it first, everything worked out: glavtv, online radio all right!!! A suspicious (probably already guessed) thought crept in: PORT !! I swapped 1 and 2, and indeed 1 began to fail / slow down. Therefore, the following question is brewing: is it possible to check the speed on each port and how? And if the port is really bugged, can it be cured ?? I was advised to try doing a factory reset and clean the nvram, but... then I remembered that it was not me who set up the router and that person is now out of range... And besides, IPTV from Rostelecom was also set up by the master. Therefore, with a zero router, I will be like a bibizyan with a grenade, what is there and what data to score !!! And without a specific cleaning, there is no way to fix it ?! Thank you. Therefore, the following question is brewing: is it possible to check the speed on each port and how? There is nothing special to configure in this soap box on the standard firmware. What prevents you from looking at the current settings with corny eyes and making screenshots?
Well, for diagnostics , you can poke.

https://blog.kamens.us/2014/11/30/howto-set-the-li... does not work: when you try to change the port indication disappears and writes DOWN .
