The sound shoots, strange, sometimes, why would it?

The dual boot has manjaro linux (arch) and xubuntu.
Arch: an interesting question arose when, for example, changing the volume of the sound, if you muzzle the volume slider, the speakers make a strange sound "at full volume", it resembles the sound of paper pierced by something, well, or the sound of "turning on the speakers with a knife switch with the volume turned up." Strangely, I think somewhere perhaps the problem is hiding in the drivers? The dmesgi and logfiles are empty except for the following message:
pulseaudio[793]: [pulseaudio] pid.c: Daemon already running.
Also, if any audio is produced on the PC, this problem does not arise.
Ubuntu: No problem.
By the way, the same manjaro is on the laptop, there are no such problems.

Remove pulse.
The first thing after installing Linux is to remove the pulse.

I often encountered such artifacts on PulseAudio, recently on a new computer they no longer exist. Apparently related to the drivers for some audio devices.
