The sound "crunches" when watching movies in an online cinema, how to fix it?

What is most interesting is that this bug was only seen on Kinopoisk HD.

Almost certainly, wheezing is interruptions in sound generation at the moment the image is formed on the screen, bypassing effective methods such as overlay, this becomes especially noticeable at fullhd + resolutions and in the presence of non-standard scaling parameters ... you can try disabling prettiness in the windows system settings (My Computer properties, additional options, speed options button or choose a simple theme)
Test work in google chrome (and maybe chromium but you have to look), probably the only browser with the most complete support for hardware acceleration even where it is not guaranteed (for example, linux with an old intel gpu, where no official support
Everything I read when I dealt with problems on opera showed that sometimes you have to disable gpu acceleration support in opera://flags/#disable-accelerated-video-decode in order to reduce problems (but resolutions higher than fullhd become unavailable or give too high load on hardware), since opera (and a lot of other types, the same microsoft edge) are based on chromium and Google is making it difficult to add video acceleration support to it as this is a competitive advantage, this support is not as complete as expected.
