The smartphone is not charging, what could be the problem?

The other day, a UMI Touch smartphone came to me from AliExpress, the first time it was turned on there was about 70% of the charge, I decided to discharge it and then put it on charge. Actively used all day, after discharge up to 15% charged up to about 50%. Then he continued to use the device. As a result, after the last drawdown + - up to 5%, when charging was connected, the smartphone simply turned off abruptly, as if the battery had been pulled out.
Symptoms are:
1) It does not charge at all.
2) When charging is connected from the network or PC, it simply turns off and does not show signs of life while charging is connected.
3) While charging is not connected, it works fine, no complaints.
PS: The device does not have a back cover, I have not climbed inside yet.

Have you tried another wire? You never know, maybe a short circuit.
