The site with ip works, but the domain does not. Maybe a problem with certificates?

Good day!
Help solve the issue. I have a droplet, domain from reg. ru, I set everything up, added the necessary dns, raised apache, php. The site worked via ip and http, but I used the instructions from Digital Ocean and apparently screwed up somewhere. Now in the config there is a redirect from http to https and therefore it is not possible to connect to the site via the domain at all, only via ip.

Help with advice, which way to look, what to do)

ps used certbot, tried reinstalling the certificate. By ip, you can go to the site http and https. Perhaps a problem with the virtual host?
