The site uses redirect to go to external links: site/redirect?url=third party site. What to do?

The site uses redirect to go to external links: site/redirect?url=third party site. We noticed a large number of links on third-party sites. Made "404" pages for internals. Many pages were also closed from indexing. There are many references to "404" now. What to do in this situation?

If you have Bitrix, do the following:
1. Close from indexing.
There are 3 files through which such a redirect is possible:
/bitrix/redirect.php
/bitrix/rk.php
/bitrix/click.php
Or just /bitrix/
2. In the section "Settings > Proactive Defense > Redirect Protection"
First turn it on if it's off.
Secondly, do as in the screenshot:

And at the bottom, preferably redirect any redirect to a 404 page.
I was spammed with such links, quite serious, it reaches many thousands of links a day, there will be nothing to worry about until this gets into the index. Of course, with closed indexing and going to 404, no weight will be transferred to other spam sites.
