Do I need to specify the main keywords in meta keywords on all pages of the site?

Hello!
On the main page of the site in meta keywords I have the main keywords, for example: news, politics, state, Russia, etc.
There are other pages on the site that are more specific, such as news. The news page displays keywords specific to it, for example, for the news "Dollar lost almost 29 kopecks", the keywords will be dollar, currency, default, etc.
Or another example. On the main page, the main keywords are: webinar, stress, stress resistance, and on the page with a list of webinars - webinar, online, broadcast...
Is it necessary to display the main keywords in the meta on the second-third and other pages, which contain the general idea of the site? Those. also write the words "news, politics, state, Russia" for the first example and "stress, stress resistance" for the second?
Sincerely,
Alexander.

Focusing on the official guidelines of Yandex for Webmasters
help.yandex.ru/webmaster/controlling-robot/html.xml
Meta keywords can be used to determine if a page matches a query.
Specifically for questions:
My opinion is no, it is not necessary.
the more specific the page is "sharpened" for targeted queries, the better.
By adding general queries, you disperse the importance of the home page to other links.
All of the above is the opinion of a former SEO specialist with 6 years of experience, but not practicing since the beginning of 2013.
