The site looks enlarged on mobile, how to fix it?

Hello everyone, I ran into such a problem: the site on mobile looks increased by 300 percent. Tag

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
added to the head, different media was specified, the sizes were specified in vw, %, rem, I tried everything and I can’t understand why I continue to see the site on all devices like this, although it is rebuilt on a 768px breakpoint. 5af55171e2dbf765934051.png
The ban on the increase was set and removed, changed the initial-scale, nothing helps.
Pixels are not found anywhere at all, what else could be wrong with it? Help me please...

@Augustini

1. If you look in DevTools. then there is often such a glitch, look at the real device.
2. How do you view Dev|Tools? Have you pressed the next button?
You can see a scroll on the screen, which suggests that you simply reduce the browser window
