The site is written in php, I can't find its html, where is it?

I went to the hosting in the file manager.
When you visit the site, the index.php file is displayed in the address bar (example.com/index.php)
I can not find the html file that is displayed when you work with the site.
(that is, the site works, everything is displayed)

As such, there is no html file. The structure and layout of the pages is generated on the fly. Template files can be found in the file manager at: /catalog/view/theme/название-шаблона/*.*
Keywords are configured in the admin section > System > Settings, as well as in the settings of each product item.

HTML is not stored as a file, it is generated by the engine.
You can find most of the markup in /catalog/view
