necessary to be able to mark in addition to the delivery address and information about the client, and also the ability to add your own fields for accounting and preferably check boxes, well, the option so that these check boxes cannot be accidentally canceled, let's say the payment went through I noted and if you accidentally press it, it just won’t be canceled, well, or by anyone, then the package was sent to the checkbox and the ability to add these checkboxes.

Checkboxes / radio / selects can be done in excel itself.
Additional logic that is not implemented by built-in features can be made into macros.
